Plus Fours or Knickerbockers

Now, here is major golfing dilemma. To your next golf game, should you wear a looser trouser style called “knickerbockers” or the longer, looser version called “plus fours”? Knickerbockers are somewhat baggy half-pants that stop around the knee. Plus-fours extend 4 inches (10 cm) below the knee, four inches longer than traditional knickerbockers which generated the name. Plus-fours allow more freedom of movement than knickerbockers so are more often found in golf.
