We are a military family, having stayed in hotels throughout the world. Towers on the Grove was absolutely the nicest and well-appointed room we have EVER stayed in. With the special online pricing it was also the greatest bargain.

I did not want to miss an opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for Michael!! I was amazed while waiting to check in at his professionalism and ability to multi task, even at 10:30 p.m.!! He further impressed me when correcting a situation and then calling back 30 minutes later to ensure I was satisfied. My husband and I travel quite a bit and unfortunately, there are very few customer service centered personnel. Michael represents you extremely well and should be recognized.
